General & Account

Account activation is restricted to verified occupants. You must have a registered Locality, Tower, and Flat Number assigned to you in the administration system. If your details do not fetch during the activation step, please contact the helpdesk to update your record.
On the main login screen, click the "Forgot password?" link located above the login button. Enter your registered email address, and we will send you a secure link to reset your password.

Mobile App & Technical

Currently, the mobile application is only available for Android devices via direct APK download. iPhone users can access all features, including logging complaints, directly through the web dashboard at nbccsewa.in using Safari or Chrome.
Because you are downloading the app directly from our dashboard rather than the Google Play Store, Android requires you to explicitly allow "Installation from Unknown Sources". Additionally, Google Play Protect might scan the file. You can find detailed, step-by-step instructions to bypass these warnings in our Troubleshooting Guide.
Yes! We highly encourage it. When logging a new complaint from the mobile app, you have the option to attach picture proof of the issue. You can also record and attach a Voice Note to help the maintenance team understand the problem faster.
